Llew Kinst - Director and Lead Instructor

Kinst’s first professional assignment was at the 1971 Questor Grand Prix at Ontario Motor Speedway. He shot events at Laguna Seca, Mid Ohio, Watkins Glenn and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for United Press and Associated Press while attending college in Indiana. In 1976 he returned to California and began working in Silicon Valley. He opened his own agency, Autograph Designed, in 1980. Clients included Apple, AMD, National Semiconductor, Fairchild, Canepa Design, and Bell Micro among others. In 1998 he became the director of marketing for the Historic Motor Sports Association (HMSA). He has been published in Autoweek, Christophorus, Excellence, Porsche Panorama, Road & Track, The 356 Registry, Vintage Motorsport, and 000. Additonally he has designed and published the 9 Over 9 books and two Rennsport Reunion books



Allan Rosenberg - Senior Instructor

Since childhood the automobile has fascinated Allan. Racing cars captured his interest the most and over time I acquired many diverse makes and models. Through the years he has had the good fortune to race many different cars which are now true classics.

As a commercial photographer his clients came from in the automotive world as well as in Food and Wine and it’s only natural to shoot what you love, hence the automobile.

He has attended and worked every Monterey Historic and watched as it has grown into the world class 9 day event it is today. .



Dennis Gray - Senior Instructor

In 1976 he established his first studio in San Francisco. His clients include Pirelli, Good Year, Apple, Christian Brothers Winery, and Almaden Winery among others. He moved his studio to Hollywood in 1985 and continued to expand his client list to include Cadillac, Buick, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Honda cars and motorcycles, Peterbilt Trucks, Beechcraft aircraft and more. He was the RJ Reynolds IMSA event photographer from 1978 to 1985, and is currently the Senior Photographer for Sportscardigest.com. He has been published in On Track, Competition Press, Motor Sport, Excellence, and Vintage Motorsport.
